ReGeneration Week 2023 is open to all and free to attend. It is aimed at youth aged 15-30, living in the Nordic and Baltic Sea region. One day of the programme (Monday) will be dedicated to youth only. A side event for non-youth organisations and leaders in sustainability will be held by Bärkraft at the same day.
Attending as a group
We encourage you to come as a group – either friend group, activist group, class from school or something else – to learn and mobilise together! But it’s also totally OK to come by yourself – there will be lots of time and space to meet others and make friends.
Please note that everyone in your group still needs to fill out the sign-up form individually.
A strategy you have used to push for (an aspect of) sustainable transition (from social justice to preventing climate collapse). Examples include strategies like using climate strikes to pressure governments, blocking fossil fuel infrastructure, building community power
A specific tool that social movements can use. Examples include tools like social media, organising a demonstration, dialogue techniques
Workshop session practical information
You can expect between 20 and 30 participants.
Workshops last 1.5 – 2 hours.
Everyone running a workshop also participates in the rest of the gathering. Like 80% of participants, you’ll be a volunteer (with your session counting as part or all of your volunteering), co-creating this movement space. So if you run a workshop, you will count as a “volunteer” and participant, too. That way, we all have a chance to get to learn from one another and build a stronger regional movement.
